Who is invited?
Qualifying Northwind team members and one guest. Guests must be 21 or older.
What is covered?
Air travel, transfers, your suite at Grand Velas, all meals and drinks on property, and one Friday activity. Spa treatments outside the group activity and personal purchases are your own.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. It must be valid for at least six months past March 8, 2027. Check the expiration date today.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Tell us during registration and we will quote extra nights at the group rate, subject to availability.
